Privacy Notice

When you use our quote form, we collect the information you provide: your name, contact details, company if supplied, pickup and delivery locations, freight type, and shipment details. We use it to review your request and contact you about transportation services.

Where your request goes

Form submissions are stored in a Google Cloud database accessible to authorized business administrators and emailed to the business inbox using Resend, our email delivery provider. Google Cloud and Resend process the information to store and deliver your request. We do not use the information for advertising or sell it. Please avoid including payment card information or other sensitive details in the form.

Keeping and removing information

Website database copies of quote requests are scheduled for deletion after 180 days. Copies delivered to the business email inbox are retained separately as needed to respond to your inquiry and maintain business records. To ask about or request removal of information you submitted, call 303-210-3141.

This site does not use advertising cookies or analytics scripts. Our hosting provider may process basic technical request data to deliver and protect the website.
